Document Technology Systems is a software development company focused on the Land Records Management industry.  Formed in September of 1996, the company is headquartered in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and provides full services to state and local government agencies, including turnkey document management and imaging solutions.   Our products include our TrakRecord Land Management Systems Software Suite, Social Security redaction, records indexing, image conversion, back scanning and indexing.

We have recently partnered with Hyland Software. The relationship will allow DTS to leverage the expertise we have gained in supporting Clerk's offices to serve other government agencies and commercial customers. The TrakRecord Software Suite is the only software directly integrated with Hyland Software’s Onbase product.

We are very excited to offer the latest version of TrakRecord, our very successful Land Records Management System.  This new version of TrakRecord combines the best features of our current system and is improved with unique customization for each Clerk, a cloud computing option, improved reports capability, scanning and cashiering and an easy to follow user interface, or public access.

The cloud computing option reduces costs by limiting hardware and staff IT expense and county maintenance.   Cloud computing allows Clerks multiple ways to purchase the system, either incrementally on a per document pricing, outright purchase or through a lease purchase.  The cloud computing option is another example of the inherent flexibility of our new system.

The new version of TrakRecord was developed using the latest Microsoft technology, and the product design will allow for individual components to grow as newer technology arrives.  By using the latest Microsoft tools along with cloud technologies, our customers will gain the flexibility provided by cutting edge technology while also cutting costs.
